Well, One Script To Rule Them All I guess :)

The Question timer gets really short. I was usually able to read 2-3 answers and picked the most sane of those.

And “Quick Time Math Questions” are a somewhat evil game design. I hope that never reaches mainstream gaming :)

Overall I like the game.

Pretty impressive for what I consider a rather small script. The “TimeDrain” seems to be disabled, which I think is good. More Time for thinking, less panic :)

The How To Play is good explained. But it seems to miss the part about rotating the camera (Mouse Wheel). Seems rather important to me, since I was unable to move to these spots (image) without rotating the camera.

The controls worked well for me. The bot always moved where I wanted him to go.

I like the visuals and had fun playing through it. Thanks.

Thanks for playing,

The walls are there to force the player to gather at least 3-4 Power Sources to chomp through the wall, instead of just blindly moving north.

Did you know, that you can use WASD to destroy the walls blocks? If not, I should change the game description.

I once saw a post: “how to make a better platformer” or something like that, but I am no longer able to find it, so i have no visual example.

What I think is rather easy and would help a lot: If the player presses the jump button right before the character lands (2-4 Frames), perform a jump as soon as the character lands. (Instead of ignoring the jump-button and letting the character run straight into the lave :) )

Some graphic assets seem to missing, seems like you ran out of time. I know that feeling :)

The Idea with the projetiles flying around you is cool. You have to run around and try to hit enemies with the roating projectiles. But if someone comes to close you have to carefully decide if you really want to shot at him. If you shot your projectiles away, you will be defenseless for some time.

Is it mocking me?

This one gave me sweaty fingers. My problem is, that the difficulty often came from problematic controls/camera than from the actual game itself. For someone who did not create the levels, it is hard to make a jump, if you do not see the end of the pit. You have no idea how far you have to jump.

I saw some cool level designs in this game. Some clever and tricky jump passages.

I think this totally has potential, just needs a little more time to get rid of the rough edges.

Nice work.

Victory :D

Congratulations on submitting your first game! With submitting something, you already came further than most people.

I love the little knight and grim-reaper sprites.

Hope you keep on creating stuff :)

Well only one or two hits left to kill that mage. After that, i will get my level up. Hmm, I got only 4 HP left. Well that mages usually hits for 3 damage -> ATTACK!

“It hits you for 4 Damage” (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

Great work with that UI. Art and Sound are super authentic, retro feeling included.

I had problems finding the controller button to interact with objects. And for some times my rockets just flew straigt up into the sky. After some time they found what they were looking for and returned to normal.

I did not unterstand the teleporters at first, but later it explained itself.

The visuals totally blew me away. Artstyle looks great, homing projectiles look cool. That firewall thing was super sweet. (and some other cool special effects.)

Reaching the end of the level was suprising. I like how you slowly have to find out for yourself how to get further.

Great usage of the theme, I got Ending B by accident, but will try to also find Ending A

Had a lot of fun playing it.
