Thanks for the feedback!  We're glad you enjoyed it.

We'll get the arrow movement in as a mouse/KB option, but unfortunately due to the various UI pieces and the way we created them, we can't guarantee a reasonable gamepad integration throughout all of the various systems.  It's a scope thing as most of the team has to get back to their day jobs, etc :P

This game was a fun concept.  Defeat your darkest inner thoughts!  I liked the Zelda homage, and the first level's game design was really well put together to guide me where you wanted me.  The sound effects were fun.

On the second level I went the wrong way(left) and got stuck in a situation where I couldn't progress because enemies were in an inaccessible area.

Based on the overall difficulty of the game, I would recommend one or two of a few things-

-Increase the range of the player attack

-Make every enemy drop a heart

-Allow wall jumping to fully ascend you up to the top

-Add more helper mechanics to help the player do what they are intending to do.

I made it to the end, but the big baddie bugged out at the top.  Fairly complete game, though :D

This was a very chill game once I noticed the tips at the top. Chill music that helps you get into a focus zone and enough time to react to the changes.  The abrupt bursts between rounds makes sense, but I'd love to see it with a little more real-time sim aspects

My main recommendation is a [Full Screen] button.  Very clean!

This game was enjoyable.  Great music, art, story, and gameplay.  The design was really solid for a 48 hour jam!

Nice character controller mechanics.  Next up is adding more level to explore and enemies to kill :D

It's a marathon!

A lot of guesswork but I guess the idea was that we were being deprived of instructions XD.  Button mashing saved the day.

Cool project.

The story was good.  I liked the way it was written.  Very descriptive

From a visual novel perspective, the inclusion of character art or more frequent changes of background would improve the experience as you click through the text.

Good job getting it complete!

I loved the characters and the ending area.  Good work for a weekend!
