Very simple yet fun concept, great job :)!

Very polished and fun game! Loved the insane level of detail for a 3 day gamejam and the characters. Especially the bossfight :)!

Thank you so much for playing it and being honest!
The bug of the background not being synced with the obstacles is very strange to me. On my side it was not happening so I can't figure out why for other people it breaks.
Either way, thank you for the feedback! The initial non-bumped ratings were fair too :)

Hi,
You are right that the background doesn't sink up to some people and that's very strange to me. On my side it was synced, so I can't for the life of me figure out why its not like that for everyone.
Thank you for letting me know!

I love the concept to the point where I would play a full game like this! My only issue is with the controls getting flipped and feeling weird, but the music and challenge more than made up for it!

Yo, I'm glad you enjoyed my game!

Gosh I KNEW I would forget something before exporting and it turned out to be the power up sound :")). Sry about that!

Your game motivated me in return to bring some friends next time, so I hope you guys also keep up the great work!

Very good looking and sounding game! I was fully immersed in this pseudo Binding of Isaac world.

The controls were quite hard to adjust to, since sometimes I wish I could fart slower... but damn was it satisfying to kill enemies with a well aimed fart! :)

Very good first jam entry man! Keep up the good team morale and work :)!

What a cool incorporation of the health system! It caps the game at some point, so it encourages replayability and maximizing each click. It was a very pleasant experience, great job!

I've never played an arcade shooter where healing damage is part of the gameplay, cool way to tie it into the concept. The level itself being a labyrinth sold me though! It was really cool to adjust to it.

I feel like the sensitivity of controls was a bit too high and I wish you could hold down the fire button to continuously fire. Other than that,  A+ on visuals, sounds and overall concept! :D

Incredibly fun concept, perfect for the limitations and theme! The animations and sounds were great and the difficulty was perfect. WASD controls would have been nice :"), but otherwise my favorite jam entry so far!

(1 edit)

Hi! Thank you for taking time to check out my game! I'm still trying to figure out how to fix the button bug, cause it seems like a limitation of the engine (when it's clicked it has to wait for the whole level to load and it seems irresponsive).
However you can reset to the last checkpoint by pressing R.
Hope this clarifies things and thank you for the feedback! :)

Yo this game is sick! The controls are responsive, hitting enemies feels punchy and I love the way the fork bounces around!

As far as criticism goes, I think it would be more appropriate for the bigger fish to take 2 hits to kill instead of the small ones, since they are easier to hit and it's more intuitive.

Also I felt like the tracking of the turtle boss makes it hit you in unfair ways, because it makes you run in circles. Since there are bullets coming from above, people will try to stay at the bottom as much as possible, but because the turtle tracks you, the player will have to inevitably go up. The RNG of the bullets will determine whether you get hit or not, since it is unreasonable do dodge all of them precisely in a short amount of time.

You've done a great job with this demo and I hope you'll keep developing games in the future :)!

Quick and sweet, loved the art style and the ending :))!

I sincerely thank you for making this game, it is the kind of unique experience I'll never forget.
