Your assessment is correct. Merged doubles count as a single die, so at that point you only have two dice to choose from instead of three. And you must take two actions each turn.

I used to have one but it got to be a bit too much to maintain two versions during development. And unfortunately I don't have time to re-make the low-ink version now. Sorry!

Oh nice, thanks for letting me know, I'd have never seen it!

Christmas on Track is a festive roll-n-write game for 1 or more players. Lay train tracks to bring gifts from Santa's workshop to the gift wrapping station, then to the sleigh for delivery!

1 or more players • 20 minutes  Requires: 3 dice; red, green, and white. 2 pencils; red, and green.

This is not something I've ever tried, or even considered! If you give it a go, I'd love to hear how it went...!

1) Yes, the Jack of Diamonds would double the value of a Jack of Spades, so it would be a 20 point shield. Don't let your opponent get both of those cards!

2) Yes, Kings and Queens are 40 to buy and have a value of 40.

Thanks for playing! Very glad you're enjoying it. :)

Yes, sorry, the files have been moved to PNP Arcade, you can download it there. See the link in the description of the game. Though I guess there's no reason not to have them available here, too...! I'll work on that.

Thanks! It was just a thought and maybe nothing will come of it, but figured I should ask first. :)

Would you be ok with someone using some of the art from this in, say, a card game prototype...?

You are right on both counts! I've clarified both points in the rules, and posted v.1.0.4. Thank you for the feedback! Glad you're continuing to enjoy the game; I'd love to hear how the 2-player mode goes for you. :)

Thanks! I'm so glad you like it! :)

Oh no! I've fixed it and uploaded v1.0.3. Thanks for letting me know!

A solo game that requires nothing more than a few dice. The rules are simple enough to memorize, and short enough to fit on a business card.

Roll 3 action dice to manipulate the dice in your 3x3 square, using the actions on the card. Get 1 point for each row, column, or diagonal that has:

  • the same colour
  • the same number
  • an ordered sequence

After 4 rounds, count up your score.  A score of 6 or more is considered a win.

Get the free rules PDF here.

Wild elemental creatures have begun to materialize across the land. Manipulate the unpredictable forces of Earth, Fire and Water to revert them to their natural form and restore peace to the kingdom.

Each round, use dice to manipulate magical forces to neutralize a wild elemental. If you succeed, you will gain new items and abilities for use on later challenges.

Defeat six elementals and a final boss to win!

Coats & Hats is a tiny card game packed with coats and hats that needs sorting. Match the colour of the items on a rack, while preventing your opponent from doing the same.

Each turn, add a card to the outer edge of the rack; then either use a special ability on a card, or flip a card — there's a hat on the back of each coat. Group three items of the same colour and you score!

Card Shark Pool is a light-weight, fun, casual card game for two players. Plan your shots, clear the table.

Print-and-play card game, also available on Tabletop Simulator:

Thanks for this, Guilherme, it made my day! So glad you're enjoying it together. <3

Haha nice... though I think it would be pretty weird to play any game with more than 2 buttons on the Winnitron...

Crown Rivals is a 2-player competitive deckbuilding game of palace intrigue. As rivals for the Crown, players work to raise their influence while lowering the influence of their opponent, to place their chosen monarch on the throne.

Get the rules here.

Build a new deck with each game; buy better cards as you go to coordinate huge combos.

Enlist Clubs lower your opponent's Influence.

Use Hearts will raise your own Influence.

Play Spades to stir up the masses and cause distractions for your opponent to deal with.

Equip Diamonds to upgrade your other cards.

Don't forget to buy high-value cards, so you can eventually get your hands on the game-changing King or Queen cards!

This game came to me when I asked myself, "Could I make a deckbuilding game like Star Realms, with regular playing cards?"

If you like this game, you'll probably love Star Realms... I know I do!

Thanks for playing, Dustin! The walking SFX issue is a known bug, I just forgot to add it to the "Known Issues" list. It's there now, thanks! <high five>

Ack! The music was disabled! It's fixed now, thanks for pointing that out...! Wonderful music generously donated by the very talented Whitaker Trebella.

Thanks for trying it out, and for the comment! Made my day. :)

Hey, thanks for giving it a try, guys! Sorry you didn't enjoy it more...! :P It was a jam game, so it was made pretty quickly. If you had any suggestions on how to make it better, I'd be happy to hear them. :)

I posted a PDF I made covering the Blender hotkeys I used in my talk on Thursday night:

Thanks for the video! Glad you liked it. Good idea about GameJolt, here it is!

Haha this feels very "real" to me, too! I like how her bouncing gets more and more crazy as time goes by, and you start to just throw the clothes at her, hoping they'll somehow stick. :P

Congratulations on releasing your first game! My son is 8 and is also working on a game with me. I hope you keep making more games!

(PS High score: 54, woooooo!)
