You need to progress the cheerleader route as far as it will go before the party. The scene you receive depends on whether you choose futa or not futa. Row 6 is found by doing more cheerleader stuff, and the scenes you get are again determined by futa or not futa.

As for what kind of game it is, I dunno. Horror/Action/Mystery/Sex would be how I'd describe it. Gender Bender/Normal sex is split about 50/50 and will likely stay that way. Though in all honesty the game is more focused on the horror/action/mystery aspect than it is on the sex right now, though it will gear a little more towards sex next update. You can give it a try if you like, or don't if you don't like the sound of it. To unlock those scenes, fully complete the cheerleader route before going to the party. If you chose to be a futa in the shower you'll get one of the scenes, if you chose to be full female you'll get a different one.
