Good work!
I like how hitting the 'third leg' causes more damage XD, and how, I think, you anticipate what players would likely do and come up with a way to prevent cheesing in your game design (thought I could just camp at the bottom for the yellow boss, for example...nope lol).
Have you thought about just having the shooting being automatic? I find myself just holding down the shoot button anyway, since there are no resources I need to keep track of other than my HP.
Overall, I like the game! Looking forward to the fourth boss!
Trigger Warning: mental health, death
Cool little hardcore-ish platformer with an interesting narrative laying down the harsh truth about how things often work in real life. In a lot of cases, sticking to one's own values in anticipation of getting acknowledged is no match to someone else who knows how to play the game of deceit by concealing and appealing to the mass.
The game controls are smooth. There were minor issues, such as sliding off moving platforms when too close to the edge. The spinning platforms felt like they relied more on luck than skill - perhaps having them only spin at intervals could alleviate this.
Overall, a fun little game with an interesting storyline that I feel is probably derived from the creator's own experiences.
I really enjoyed playing this game and its addictive nature! Super polished, the controls are simple and easy to understand. Like one of the other comments mentioned, I too like the whistle upgrade, and that encouraged more 'breathing' which is what the theme is all about. Very nicely done, thank you for making this game!
Thank you so much for the in-depth analysis! Indeed, I thought long and hard about the theme, and what you said about drawing a parallel with people holding their breath as they pass those they once knew rings true to me due to circumstances surrounding my personal life recently.
Very honored to have received your review, and I am extremely happy you enjoyed it! Thank you again for playing!
I'll be honest, I've never played a cozy game before, and this left such a good impression I think I opened a gate! I spent a good half an hour to make sure to get the toxic levels down to 0 and it was SO satisfying to see everything turn from a muddy haze into fresh greenery. And those bubbles, so lovely, I felt like popping them through my screen!
A suggestion: Perhaps you could make it so that players can 'drag and drop' plants onto the screen? This would save them having to click to drop a plant, and then clicking again to drag the plant around.
Overall, very well done, thanks for making this game!
I enjoyed playing this little game! The music is very soothing, the controls simple and the characters funny and adorable. I like how one of them goes "It's so dark" when trapped and changes to saying "It's too bright" when released, that was hilarious! Only 'problem' I had was that the crates with the fish blended in too much with the environment and were a little bit hard to spot. Other than that, very well done!
Hello, everyone!

Join Hakim, Nate, Yin and Yang as they battle unique enemies such as a the stinky Rafflesia queen, Sia-Laffre, and the upperclass crocodile, Madame Buaya. Collect equipment along the way to help them on their journey, or face off against the more challenging Event Boss Dong-Dong-Qiang for a shot at legendary armor!
The game is currently only available for Android users.
Check out my page for this game here and if you do try it out, let me know how you feel about the game :). It's pretty much my biggest project so far (took me about 1.5years working on it on and off) and completely free (you can choose to watch an ad for some tokens used to face off against event bosses).
