How does the game fit the theme?
You're working a dead-end job doing the same thing over and over.
Square blocks go into square sockets, and round blocks go into round sockets. The monotony would drive you insane.
At this point you would want to have SOMETHING go wrong.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Sound effects and music are from pixabay.com.
Some textures are photo sourced from public domain images.
First person character controller is a prefab from Godot Asset Library.

The design and visuals of this game are really good! Maybe it felt like some parts were too long (but maybe that's the point?). Overall, good game!

Developer

You're right, after watching someone play I realized that some parts are way too drawn out, and some progression things aren't as obvious as they probably should be.
Thank you for playing!

I really enjoyed and i think the idea is good for expanding

The atmosphere was really good in this! Felt off from the start and the living cylinder was a nice touch. Curiosity kept me to the end so good job creating that feeling!

Developer

Thank you! I'm glad my attempts at gross you out with the twitchy cylinder paid off!

Hello, I see the connection with the theme and I think it's quite nice, just little collision bugs when you throw objects and they cross the machine, but otherwise the game is great.

Developer(+1)

Yeah, collision bugs were somewhat hard to iron out and I think in the end I utterly failed on that front.
Thank you for playing and for leaving feedback!

This is super scary looking! I felt really uncomfortable when I noticed the cylinder was pulsating... well done!

Developer

Yeah, I tried to put a lot of effort into making things look as unsettling as possible! Thanks for playing and leaving feedback!

Love the take on accounting. Can confirm very accurate. The audio doesn't match the vibes.  There was a bug sometimes i would throw the cylinder into the wall and it get stuck.

Was waiting for the jumpscare.

Been jamming though to the music.

Thank you for playing!

The fear of getting jumpscared got me on the edge of my seat. Pretty good loop and the game was interesting enough to wait and see what happens. Good stuff right here.

I'm really glad that I managed to unnerve you at least a little bit! Thank you so much for playing!

I played your game and i think it has an interesting loop that could be expanded to make the game more complete. Overall, I liked the concept. This is the game I played the longest in this game jam to see what happens at the end. Lol.

Developer

There's an ending to the game, hope you got to it!
Thank you so much for playing!

Surprisingly compelling just putting the cubes in, hope I'm on the employee of the month board now.

Developer

You better be, hopefully for the next 20 years or so.
Thank you for playing!
