Quite an interesting concept, I wonder if you colud make it so the beats can be heard while making the puzzle, so you can't "see" the full level, but you can hear it. Now, then add to it hearing the sound of the beat you just placed and you should be able to complete the full level without having to do much trial and error. Of course then every move shoud have to have a diferent sound xD
I'm running into too many problems to finish the game sadly, however, I relly like the idea and the 1bit graphics are beautiful. The problems are the following, since you can only rotate some places you can make it so you jump into an un-rotable room and you can't go back nor forward and you are forced to restart the game, also sometimes I died without knowing how I died, is there fall damage?
Overall I like it a lot, but needs some polishing.
I would actually play a full game with this mechanic, in fact I remembered a Nitrome game that had something similar, I loved it. One thing I would add is more precise rotations, since most of the time I would try to "rotate just a little" and then found myself wobbling the screen up and down cause it rotated too much and died like 10 times on that first hole lmao.
