Love how its reminiscent of games like wario-ware or a collection of mario party minigames. I could see streamers playing this and competing for high scores!!

LOVE IT!

Yeah, we initially wanted the two difficulties to look different in level design aspects but we figured it'd be a bit helpful if the map looked the same, giving the player something to use for bearings.

Thanks! We had multiple versions of the tutorial but the best one that fit was a whole separate entity from the difficulty modes, a lot of people wish they could skip the tutorial but we were on to other things...

Thank you! Your game was so much fun to play, I played it all the way through but couldn't kill the boss... =)

Which UI are you referring to? Anything you can give in terms of feedback can help us fix it either for this game or for a new game. =)

Great Idea! I really wish we thought of that while making the game cause that would have been a great and quick addition (at least what I am thinking as how we would go about it). Thank you for your feedback!

I'm glad you enjoyed it! At what point in the game would you say the fire count is inaccurate? It would be helpful for us if we knew that information. =)

Thank you! We redid sprites several times and at one point thought we were going to do pixel art... So a lot of concept art helped...

Glad you enjoyed playing! There was a lot of brainstorming involved in the effects but hardly any effort...

We wanted the arrows to really replace the mini-map features seen in a lot of games because there is so much to add with a minimap, like a separate window opening up to show a larger more accessible minimap, zooming in and out and a bunch of other complicated things... we thought of scale and then went from there... Glad you enjoyed playing!

Both fair feedback, we played around a lot with the camera and the map size but we chose these in the end because we thought it best suited our game. We did argue about whether to add a mini map or not but that was resolved with the arrow system.

Sounds like a great idea! Glad you enjoyed playing! =)

Thank you! It was a real blast to make, I enjoyed every day of it.

Yeah, I see how the citizen's reaction not changing after putting out their fires diminishes the experience... We were focusing on more of the core mechanics and completely missed that in exchange for other things we deemed to make the game a better experience when compared to the reaction of the citizens! Thanks for playing, hope you had a good time and thank you for the feedback!

Quite understandable! Thank you for the feedback! We tried to make it a new experience every time with random fire spawns but I know the feeling of the game only lasts for so long. Hope you had fun playing! =)

Thank you! We played your game a while back and it was really wholesome, what a great concept! =)

I suppose that would be helpful. We never introduced mouse controls in the game so we just assumed you would run into the fire...

Thanks for the feedback! You are meant to fail guaranteed if you don't put out the fires quick enough. We wanted the game to feel sort of calm but still have something that didn't make it so you played forever... Our idea was to make you focus more on routing and gathering puddles AND putting out fires rather than just gathering all the puddles then putting out the fires.

Thank you for the feedback, any suggestions on how we could make it easier to understand? We've got a tutorial in the game already and if needed we could just add a soft-lock... Glad you enjoyed it!

Simple yet something that can be expanded on probably as much as you wanted if you had enough cubes and enough brain power to process it... I really enjoyed this strategy game, it was a good game because I got emotionally attached to winning and frustrated when losing! =)

Thank you for replying, I found it the second time when I clicked play, if it was there the whole time, I'm really sorry! I updated my rating now that I could play the game! I enjoyed the game a lot, the sound was just a tad bit louder than it needed to be. Since there was your first game, well done! I like the art and the sound even though it was loud. (Might want to check the collision for the 2nd level as I could just teleport through the walls if I wanted to move through them).

Unlike others, I didn't have any performance issues or audio issues, what a great experience! =)

This was an amazing game. I enjoyed how emotional the message was. The music grew as you got more friends, I loved that.

The art was amazing, please let me know how you did that! The game mechanics were really simple and explored so much!

It said there was a voice on the starting area screen, I didn't hear the voice at all though... Unless it meant the words.

I loved this game. The controls were simple and when you unlocked new abilities, you were told the controls and were able to pick them up quickly. As soon as you got an ability, it had a use so that was some great level design. I loved the lighting and the music, that and the art tied it all together! What a great game, well done all of you! (Also liked the floating head and the magnet physics when the skeleton is near the head. The main menu looked really nice).

Thank you! Not what we were going for but I like how you saw it in a new and different perspective!

Thank you so much! I think that your game is just much more amazing! I showed it to multiple of my friends to have them play and they all enjoyed it!

I really enjoyed solving all the obstacles and new mechanics that were introduced! The art style felt like it really belonged!

Thank you! I checked your game out early and I loved the art style... We initially tried going with pixel art for this game but I'm not the greatest when it comes to that aspect...

Quite interesting game you have got! I tend to always enjoy these types of games and you haven't dissapointed! Some small feedback is that the score doesn't always count up and the music is sometimes really loud and really quiet.

That is an interesting idea, I can see how that would fit into the theme better. Thanks for the feedback!

The voice lines need to be less loud as they produce a lot of distortion. Besides that the game was really good. Some of the riddles were insanely confusing but I enjoyed the experience nevertheless.

Thanks! We are both really new to game design and this was my first full game I ever made and so I'm glad to see it receiving positions reviews!

Thank you! The music was from Youtube Audio Library though, can't take credit for that. We only chose the stuff we thought best fit...

Love the art, Love the music, Love the game mechanics, love the strategy involved. Love the level design and how the boulders come in from behind making in a stressful situation. Great game!

I got so attached to my birds at the beginning and was ready to name them... then they started dying to unknown causes... My heart... Good game!

I really couldn't figure out how to move... If you added controls to the itch.io page or even in the game itself (or even in this comment), I'd move to play again once I know more.

I got stuck in the upgrade menu... Still not exactly sure how to leave the menu.

I really enjoyed the game! The music and art really helped make the experience real.

An amazing bullet hell... Wish more enemies spawned instead of having to clear the entire wave first but that is just a personal thing. I really enjoyed the leaderboard and the scoring mechanisms... it really added to the game!
