Thanks for the feedback! I'm also working up the courage and the table space to post a tutorial video of sorts, so keep an eye out for that!

I wanted to highlight the creator of the box I use to carry around my dice and cards, but unfortunately their etsy shop is currently closed. It was BadgersBunker on Etsy, run by a guy named Papa Badger, and the box I purchased from them was just called a dice box with magnetic clasp. It came in a number of configurations, but one of them had space for a deck of cards. It ended up being really high quality and beautiful, and is one of my favorite gaming accessories. However, it was a shop in Russia, and took a long time to ship. I hope they reopen!

Hello! Tiny Solo is a two-part set, with very light rules and a carefully considered selection of random tables, to help you play tabletop roleplaying games solo. It's free, 4 pages total, and allows for just about any genre or setting you can dream of. It's a thing I made mostly for myself, and thought I'd share with others. Enjoy and thanks for having a look!

Yes, most solo games can be played with a group with minor tweaks. Designing a solo game is a bit harder, since you have to include basically an AI GM in the system. Those AI GM mechanics can usually become adventure building tools for a live person GM.

I've done a bit of playtesting myself, but am wondering what others think the system needs? I spend a lot of time adding things, then deciding they're not completely essential and cutting them back out. So I can't guarantee that all suggestions will be implemented. But I am very interested to hear how people think they're going to use it, and how best to serve that purpose.

Also, if you end up modifying the rules at all (I figured people would need to add some rules modules to better suit their desired setting), let me know what you end up using/creating. If it's something that can translate across several genres, I may end up incorporating my own version of what you use.

I'm working now on some more in-depth world-building tools, for creating maps at various scales. But any feedback you have about what might be missing or helpful is very appreciated!

I would love to see how you manage with my entry, Bringer. It's a toolkit rather than a setting. But it would help you generate your own setting, if you're feeling inspired. At the moment, it assumes a medieval fantasy, but most of the tables should be applicable to just about any genre. Here's the link: https://zamarren.itch.io/bringer-a-tiny-solo-rpg-toolkit

Very awesome. I am wondering if it's possible to have more natural-looking walls and floors? Like a cavern. And/or to have gaps and holes in the floor? Thank you for your generators! They are wonderful.
