Like the space screen idea. It's fun to try to go fast as hell.

Thank you for playing!

I got the variable right but didn't get the easter egg. Nicely done!

Thanks!

Enjoyed your game! Good job.

Hey!

It's just point the mouse to aim the arms and click whenever you are ready to grapple on a rock, then click again to shoot away. If you have two grapples on a rock and press both mouse buttons again to release it will have twice the force. That's all!

Thanks for playing.

Thank you for the review!

More difficulty as the game goes on would be an awesome feature indeed.

Like the idea! Darkness theme implemented in a solid manner! Nice submission.

Sure! I'm still solo atm

Hello all!

As the title says I am a near intermediate level Godot programmer/developer. I know my way around the engine and feel quite comfortable programming a 2D game using GDScript. Artists, sound designers, UI/UX people and even fellow Godot devs are welcome to team up with me, or recruit me to their own team ;)

Loved the mechanic and the level design is properly done. Nice difficulty progression that doesn't go out the roof and is enjoyable! Really dig the ninja aesthetic and death cutscene. Good game my friend :)

Yea the door there would have taken you to my special end game room lol. But hey! you killed the boss, that's awesome man :)

The vanishing enemies need some more work on my part :P

Enjoyed the art a lot and love the grid type system for moving around, it just makes sense. Really fun KFC simulator lol. All jokes aside, nice relaxing game and a good submission. I feel like it perhaps could benefit from some more difficult levels near the end for a more stimulating experience. Good job!

Love the palworld type idea with the miners! So cool to see so many intricate systems at play. Very nice modular construction placement and intuitive UI. I'd love to have seen some more information on the differences between each piece but I managed by purchasing them all and testing them out! Congratulations on a wonderful submission, see you in a future jam hopefully :)

Hahaha!

I'm super happy that you made it all the way to the end!

In hindsight, I should have made the boss room a separate one. But instead, I just made it so that you could only pass to the "thank you for playing" level (the next level) if you clear that entire room (boss room + enemy room). So unfortunately you didn't see that room :(.

Tell me, did you have any issues when the vanishing enemy appeared? Game froze at all? If not, what browser are you using?

Thank you for playing!!

Really good theme and special item implementation & execution! I really appreciated the immediate checkpoints, it made finishing the game more manageable. The art is pretty neat and cohesive alongside the music. I feel like you could have benefited with some more feedback SFX or UI  for example, each time you die or when you finish the game.  Great job guys!

Very cool game! The art just makes sense all around, the shield is very satisfying to use and the inventory system is refreshing. The dragon fight is quite impressive :) Loved it.

You are right, after the level with the 3 mages you will face the vanishing enemy for the first time. This enemy creates a smoke effect and that effect is causing the issue. I thought I had fixed this when I changed some settings but it turns out that it only happens the first time you run that level, afterwards it runs fine.

Until I find a way to fix this, whoever is playing my game, once you reach that situation just press [ESC] and wait for the menu to appear. After a few seconds the game will unfreeze and you can resume playing!

Very sorry for this :(

Really good game! I love the artwork, the low poly style is well met. I feel like this game would have benefited greatly from having a grid type system for inserting the mirrors. I found it a little awkward to try to get the right places to place them, maybe this is on purpose to add difficulty but I would have gone the "casual and satisfying puzzle game" route in terms of difficulty as it adapts more to the style of your game imo. I can't stress enough how awesome I think the overall aesthetic is. Good job!

Solid level design!

I feel like the game could benefit from having more intermediate levels. The smoke interpretation was very creative, I would have enjoyed more levels to explore that. I also think that the game could benefit from a nice tune in the background to help calm my anxiety on the last level lol. Hope to see more of your games in future jams!

Yes I retried the game and was able to get a little further in the level but I wasn't able to finish it :(

Interesting.

What engine was used to make this game?

Whilst playing the game I felt as though the player controls were a bit too difficult to manage. The player gains/loses speed painfully slow. It was cool that you made it possible for the player to jump twice when using the dash mechanic and I really liked the shapeshifting, however, it was rather unpredictable. I'm eager to see future submissions from you in other game jams.

The perfect game to sit back and relax. A little tune while playing would have been nice to elevate the game to the next level. Overall an enjoyable game, good job. I look forward to see what you come up with in a next game jam.

Lovely game,  the story telling alongside the music created quite the immersive experience which made me truly happy when I was able to return home. The game play was very satisfying despite the few bugs here and there. Great job! Looking forward to see what you come up with in a future jam.

Do you like ducks? Give this game a try. I loved figuring out how to get my duck back to safety, the level with the bridge was a little bit too tricky for me though :( Looking forward to playing another game of yours in a future jam!

Nice game, I really enjoyed the lore behind it. It opened up a new world. The theme interpretation was very clever, I would have loved to play some more. Good job, hope to see you in a future jam!

Every time I got a deep meow I keked hard. Good job guys, fun game to play!

The artwork is stunning and cohesive. The special feature implementation is very creative and the theme is respected.  The  gameplay can be a bit confusing but after a bit I got the gist.

Solid game! Good job guys :)

Hey friend!

I was scrolling through the FAQ in the discord and apparently it's possible to have a late submission.

You gotta go into the discord and post in the help forum with a late submission flag.

So cheer up and chin up!

Enjoyed playing this! Very  interesting twist to spreading :D

Really cool game!!! Interesting mechanic
