The enemies spawning on you was probably the only thing I really feel I failed at. The bosses were (and still are) too easy for ranged and I was hoping to find a way to balance them for melee. Hindsight and all that. Thanks for playing though, it was tons of fun to make. The time was mildly inspired by the time crunch we were all under during the jam to make our games lol

All of those things were definitely in the original plan, but like you said, I choose to keep the scope small. I wanted to focus more on polishing out a game and finishing because, if I'm honest, this is my first finished game. I usually just let myself add way to much and increase the scope to well beyond what I'm capable of. For sure will be looking to improve this in the future. Thanks for playing!

First time doing a jam, but not my first game. Was a lot of fun for sure.

Naw I didn't make the majority of the art or any of the music unfortunately. Not within my skillset.

Also, oh no. I was too involved in making it I didn't think to double check the name. Guess I'll rename it after the jam is finished. Or before? Not sure if thats allowed.

Thanks for playing though! It was a fun project to work on.

First time committing to a jam, heres my little roguelike.

Short little roguelike with some classes to pick from. Pick wizard if you want it to be easy

Fun little design. Love the music and the particle effects of the leaves.
Please tell Pipo I'm sorry though. I didn't mean to hit the spikes that often.

Heres mine. Short little roguelike (roguelite?) with as much polish as I could shove into it. Will give yours a go here in a bit!

First time participating in a jam, and honestly first time I actually finished a project rather than making a bunch of mechanics and moving on lol
Was a fun experience, 10/10, would jam again.

Another first time jammer. Tons of fun, was a long week, but tons of fun overall.

Here's mine: https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-3/rate/573354

I draw inspiration from Blizzard from that respect (though not in recent years). They always polish the smallest of aspects to emphasize the game feels, so I'm glad I was able to pull that through to this project. Thanks for playing it!

I'm always good for a solid roguelike/roguelite. I wish I had done more with the dungeon generation, so I might revisit this in the future after taking a break for awhile. Glad you liked it!

Thanks for playing! I spent a lot of time polishing the core mechanics I put in. I would've liked to get some more rooms made and some additional enemies to run into but such is the ordeal of a jam. Glad you liked it!

Thanks for the play! It was certainly a long week but I'm satisfied with the result. Glad you enjoyed it, and I'm definitely considering taking this project further after the voting period of the jam. For now, I think I'm going to sleep.
