Hi! I just finished the proto of INCISION, a personal challenge to make something fun to play and fluid in a month. The current rise of "boomer shooter" genre, games inspired by the 90's Quake-era, got me inspired to make a game of my own. I'm pretty proud of the final product would be happy if people played it and told me what they think about it. Constructive criticism is always welcome!

Try the game here: https://smoothbraindev.itch.io/incision

There's still a few minor bugs and maybe one missing texture, but the deadline I set for myself was strict and I wanted to stick to it no matter what.

Hey, this is pretty badass!

Thanks! Any constructive criticism is welcome, too :) I'm developing this game alone and have only a few people to show it to, so it's kind of hard to always know what works and what doesn't.

I completely understand working alone, it can feel like taking shots in the dark. I basically go to my friends and show them the game and go “huh, huh? you like?”

I’m not able to play your game because I use Linux, and almost every Unity game I’ve tried has a black screen when trying to play. Yours, I was able to start the game, but I could only see the fists, the rest was black. If you could make a Linux build, that would be cool. Otherwise, I understand.

I could try making a Linux build, but I can't guarantee that it would work because I don't have a linux to test it myself. I'll look into it today :)

Hey, if it fails I’ll let you know what doesn’t work! But I just really want to see if it would work. I don’t know how well Unity works for Linux without configuration. I would much appreciate a build :)

I uploaded the linux version. NO idea if it works, but you're welcome to try it now :)

Thanks I’ll try it as soon as I can, which y be Monday
