After loading my directory, I press start and the application acts like it's thinking, but then I never get a "done" notification from it so I'm not sure if it's actually doing anything.

Currently there is a known issue where YYP Maker doesn't work for incorrect project format. Make sure that is not happening. You can also mail me the project file, and I can take a look.

I am planning to push an update whenever I have time.
