Updating tax information

Hi! I sent an email to itch.io support 8 days ago regarding my tax interview but have not gotten a response. I was just wondering how long it usually takes to get a response from support? I don't mind waiting but just want to know a general time frame to see whether or not this is out of the ordinary :)

Support is swamped right now with requests about a certain popular game. I've let an admin know.

i just checked the status of your tax application and it looks like it's gone through without issues. are you still having problems?

well basically I was trying to update my information, and it hadn't taken place. however i just checked and it looks like it updated :)
