Night 4

The difficulty spike in night 4 is really frustrating. Once Sandy is activated and you block the left door, her movement becomes too random and chaotic to really get an accurate way of dealing with her. I'd like to experience all that this game has to offer, but night 4 has simply blocked me from progressing any further.

Here are some tips for sandy:

  • Listen out for her primary sound que, its the only character with a run that gets faster, in the new update, this is a very loud sound que.
  • After the door, she has linear pathing. Meaning she can't move backwards during this path, and only move to the right door.
  • Basically after you've blocked her run, she will turn into a normal door based character. You can follow her on cameras to the right door. Or rely on listening on her footsteps.

I'm very not sure what you mean with the random part, as after the run she only moves to the right door and nothing else, I hope these tips help!

One problem with that. She doesn't appear in the doorway like the others. Also, she does go backwards, and only has the one sound que for th whole night.

It takes a bit of time for her to appear in the right door. Just focus on keeping an eye out for the other characters and check on the right door occasionally.

If you see Sandy peeking in, close the door.

There are several more sound cues when Sandy is moving about aside from the footsteps when she’s running toward the left door. You’ll know she’s nearby when you either hear the scurrying of the rats or Sandy eerily singing “Three Blind Mice”.
