On October 29th I requested payment from my balance. Thirteen days passed and it was simply cancelled without any notice or explanation.I thought there was a misunderstanding and requested payment again, another 13 days have passed and the payment is still under review.In the end, I can't get my money for a month! Guys, what is the problem?

I can’t say exactly, but generally as payout is canceled automatically if the amount is very small or you haven’t correctly configured a payout destination. Payoneer has a minimum payment amount of 25 dollars.
