Please Fix server error

This is my project: https://swiftline-studios.itch.io/heavy-duty

I am unable to submit my game to the game jam due to an error: "We seem to have server issues. Please try again later"

The error is consistent for 2 days now and tomorrow is the last day for submission.

Please does anyone know a fix :(

Please don't start a new topic right away. You've last bumped the other one just a few hours ago. If anyone can help, they'll answer. But this is normally handled by support.

But no one seems to help. That's why I started a new topic. Please fix it.

Your account is banned from jams for spamming submissions with no regard for the rules of a jam. We received multiple reports. Additionally, you appeared to resubmit into jams you were removed from by the hosts.

I am sorry. I have a little brother. When I asked, he said that he had submitted my previous project Sleep Tight in all the jams that were about to come.

I had already joined them before and was planning to create something for that jam, but since he had already submitted, I couldn't do anything else.

Please.. Now I have really created a game for my jam, Heavy Duty. You can check the information.

Because of this so-called ban, I missed out ane couldn't submit my hard work.

Please. I will make sure that it won't happen again. It was my little brother. I couldn't do anything about it.

Is there some way you can change because there's also one more jam that I signed up and I created a game for that theme too.

I will make sure it will never happen. Can you un-do it?

I’ve removed the limitation from your account. Please don’t let it happen it again, jam hosts put a lot of effort into creating communities for jams so we are strict about banning people who put in no effort to follow the rules and be respectful.

Thank you. Sorry for what happened
