Payout still "in review" after 25 days

Hey, I created a payout request 25 days ago and it is still in review. I also tried to contact the support via email some time ago but have not yet received any response. Can someone please look into why is the payout still not approved? Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I took a closer look and it looks like PayPal is rejecting transfers to your account. I’ve gone ahead and updated the status of the payout and opened a support ticket about it on your account. Sorry for the confusion.

Thanks for your response. I did not know that there might be a problem with my PayPal account and there was also no visible warning from the PayPal side. I updated my PayPal account and requested a new payout, so hopefully, it will work this time.
