Am I allowed to create in-apps purchased

Is it legal If I created an in-apps purchase system in my web game that connected to my own server?

Thank you.

In-game purchases aren't explicitly covered, but to be on the safe side please apply the in-game advertisement policy: do it if you have to, but warn the user upfront and make sure it's not too obnoxious. Thank you.

So to be on the safe -side of the itch.io admins, what if before I published my game, there will be any procedure in a way that I can make it a draft, and then admins or any officials from the itch.io to examine it first just-in-case. Or if you guys don't have that kind of procedure maybe you should make one.

I've showed this to an admin so they can give a more authoritative answer. Hope this helps.

We don’t have any rules against implementing your own monetization like you might see in other app stores. Of course we encourage people to use the tools that we provide, but we understand that we might not have the support you need.
