One playthrough, I won a battle against a harpy and fucked it in the ass, I decided to retire with it and continue fucking for which I presume I should've been its partner. 

Question: Why did that not count to getting the achievement "Harpy's Wife" which I think I may have read during the dialogue unless I was seeing things.
