I just have a quick question. are there is another way to get more space to upload games. It was not possible for me to use the butler so I just wonder if it can be done in some other way. I really want to get my game up today.  I have sent an email but they do not respond. Please answer

Your only options are:

  • Wait for support to respond.
  • Use butler
  • Optimise your game to need less space.

ok thx

We are less likely to grant an upload size increase if you don’t put any effort into how you present and distribute your game. It looks like your current page has pretty much no information about the game, and you even have black text on black background. If you can’t make the effort to polish how you intend to distribute your game then we aren’t going to freely grant more space, as it costs us more money to host unoptimized games.

Hope that helps

Oh sorry for that. I'll fix everything now. Sorry

So I've fixed everything you think should I add something.

So now I have fixed a bit. But I do not know much about this app so I did my best okay. I would like to get a little more space for my game. I promise I will fix my page more when I know more about this app.

I really recommend trying to get butler to work. There are benefits for both you and your users in smaller patches and version control.

Yes but i dont know how to use butler. i have tried but its not working

People need something more specific than just “its not working” to help you.

How big is it even?

2 or 5 gb

Split the download into multiple parts (not recommended!!!!!111)

Upload somewhere else and link it (eg megaupload, google drive etc)

thx

You can use this https://seansleblanc.itch.io/gui-butler
