Response time for support to upgrade game limit

Hello, may I know what is the expected time (now) for support to check my request? It has been two days but I saw it takes about a day for them to respond?

There are no support tickets on your account so I can’t look into your ticket.

If you’re requesting any kind of limit removal please ensure you have page up complete with screenshots and information so our team can review it. We do not grant limit increases to empty accounts or pages.

Please avoid making topics centered around “when will support respond.”

Tickets have different priorities and we do not publish an expected response time.

Im using the same email as my registration tho and my page is complete (unless there's stuff I missed out, I'll make it public as well now)

Also, sorry for the title. How shall I contact similar problem in the future?

Sending an email to our support address from an address not associated with your account will prevent our system from automatically attaching your message to your account. In the future, try to email using the same email address that owns the account if you wish to contact us by email.
