Games won't install

This is my second time posting this after failing to get a response from Mods or Admins... I'm using the Itch.io app and every game I try to download keeps saying it's "installing" but in the left hand corner it says "queued" . I've made sure there's enough space on my hard drive, and I've checked my download/upload speeds to make sure it wasn't something with my internet. But the games still remain at "installing", it also seems to only be itch.io doing this to me. Gamejolt, Steam, Origin, Battlenet, and the Epic Games store all are working fine and downloading games at about 12-15mbs. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Are you able to download games directly off the website? The files are hosted by the same servers.

As for the app, it’s hard to say specifically what might be going on, as it’s your computer and we can’t predict what other software you’re running or how you’ve configured things. (Virus software, permissions, customization can all cause issues, among other things)

If possible, you can try a complete uninstall along with deleting the itch folder in your appdata folder. (note this will remove all downloaded games, all settings and configuration, etc. Some games may save in their install folder so if you need to backup anything do that first.)

Windows: %APPDATA%/itch/
Linux: $XDG_CONFIG/.config/itch/
macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/itch/

Thank You for the response after a week or so the problem seemed to resolve itself. But I will save this information incase this happens again.
