Hello sir sorry to get you into attention but i successfully resolved this... It turn out my pirated windows 10 iso causing this

Now i am using win8 pro original version and your software is awesome! :)

Btw if i only buy the hd stream instead of buyimg the whole movie, i can still download the hd stream using the software?
