Just wondering if the player in YAGS ends up with Adam in the end, does that carry over into ZAGS or does that get forgotten about?
No. Nothing you do in YAGS carries over into ZAGS' story.
Completing routes in YAGS may unlock additional images in ZAGS, but those are extras and not part of the ZAGS storyline.
