Is there a way to see what games have been updated recently?  If not, I would love to have a sort by last updated, even if it's only tied to the developer posting a comment.

I too want this feature, on a platform with such a low barrier to entry (a good thing) as itch, it would be very useful to know which games are in active development.

Features to sort and organize my library are EASILY my most requested features, but number ONE on the wishlist is an option is "sort by last updated"

Going to second this, since I found this suggestion by googling to see if there was a way to sort by latest-updated on a given tag. (Want to see if folks are updating mods for Dicey Dungeons)

“Updating” a project, for itch’s purposes, can consist of changing the game page as well as the files. People can easily exploit this list by editing their game description every few minutes.

There could be two dates in information, one for download links one for page updates    and for that list the download date change date could be used. An updated description is not an updated game. And I would bet that this itch app does not update games based on updated pages. (I do not use that app, this is a guess)

But yeah, this could be exploited even with the uploaded files. Just change a small file every day.

A  updated page at least tells users, that the dev still interacts with itch.

2023 August and sort by update is still not implemented.
