What age group do you think my game/project is catered for?

Hi everyone,

I'm be curious to know what you think the age-range is for my game/development kit. It's a simple toolkit which let's you create your own Platformer games. I have some ideas but I'd like to hear other people's opinions so I can best know my target audience for marketing purposes.

I'm not an expert on targeting or anything, but I'd say like 9-15 year olds probably.

10+. most definitely 10+, very inclusive.

I'd say 10+ though a gifted 8 year old might love it too.

It looks like an incredible piece of software though! Lol I'm 33 and just downloaded it. If you had a more mature tileset in your presentation video I think you could easily target an older demographic.

I did notice some swearing one one of the games, since kids are going to download this this could be a bit of an issue. Perhaps a maturity rating and parental code in the future?

Yeah, I'm actually looking into better tilesets now. I'm not an artist so this has been a challenging thing for me.

Thanks for noticing the swear word. I'll look into that.
