Did you like it? Tell me all about that

I really liked the game, some of the levels, like the tree were harder but overall loved playing it, the musical theme repeated across levels is also a nice touch. Thank you for the nice nostalgic vibe!

Developer

you鈥檙e welcome! Glad you liked it. What was the hard part about the tree level?

The third worm on the platform was not in the middle, but to the right, so most of the times I hit him and took damage and got tomato splatted. It's totally doable, but it was hard for me.

Developer

good to know. I will save that work for hard mode

Some great sprites in here, the new worms look a lot better, I love the map and being able to visit levels in different orders and go back to others to get some collectables you missed, exactly what I liked in some of the Nintendo franchises. There's clever level design (time enemy bounce to reach certain areas). Also the feel to everything, cornfields, barns etc is really cohesive. Enjoying playing it

Thanks for your thoughts! You noticed a lot of things I put some extra time into and that's awesome

This is an exceptional game.

The art design is soft and beautiful. The music is surprisingly rocking. The levels are tough, but skill-based. And the amount of content feels like an actual release.

What I liked most of all though is how it didn鈥檛 overstay its welcome. Very focused, like a sampler platter of fun.

Remarkable work!

Wow, thanks. That's really awesome to hear. I'm kinda speechless at the positivity of your review. Thanks!

I like the way you've used the NES puzzle maker. Great look and a very nice Game!

Developer

thank you torte!

Loved it Max! I also had some constructive criticisms

Developer

Thanks Robert! How long do you think it took you to play all the way through the first time you tried it?

I think maybe between 15-30 minutes. I can't recall exactly and I don't know if I even finished it. Hope that helps though!

Developer

thanks!

I can't believe this game didn't make it into the top 15. :(

Developer

Aw thanks! The good news is, it鈥檚 getting a physical release! More on that soon

The game runs well on my Gameboy Pocket using a flash cart. I like the graphics.

Developer

Thanks! I tried to make sure it would run on a B&W gameboy so I鈥檓 glad to hear it does! There鈥檚 gonna be a physical version this year if you鈥檙e interested :)
