Do we have to wait over a month everytime we make a payout now? It's the third time in a row and support generally takes weeks to answer...

I mean, I get it, there's a lot to do and payouts are checked by hand, but it's been like this for over a year now and honestly it sux, it's frustrating.
I like itch, but if you don't get answers from support for weeks and have to wait for payouts for over a month, that's just horrible. Maybe it's time to expand the team? Maybe make payouts monthly by default (makes it easier to automate stuff)?

I'll tag this as feedback, because it kind of is, but please have someone have a look at my payout as well.

Day 45 on the quest "waiting for my payout, chapter 3", it's been two weeks since I've posted in the forum. Someone answered quite quickly, so at first I was hopeful, but since then... nothing. It's quite disturbing to see that there is no official reaction, even now, so close to christmas.

Will christmas be ruined? Will I ever be able finish the quest? Will I ever see my money?
