Hi, I posted my game SiNKR about 4 hours ago (12 EST, January 20) and it has not shown up in new releases and you can't yet buy the game. You can find it by searching and buy it via a browser.  How long does it usual take for the game to show in new releases with a purchase button in the client?  I'm wondering if I've screwed up my page's metadata. Games with a minimum price have to be manually approved before they appear in listings and searches. That usually takes 24-36 hours.

I'll give it another couple days but I think there is something wrong, either a bug or a procedure that needs better documentation. I received an email from updates at itch saying the game was published almost intermediately. The email detailed all the things I should do to promote my game, most of them are useless tasks if the game is not yet visible in the index and you can't purchase it yet.  There was no mention that I should wait a day or so.

As it stands now, you can see the game in the index, purchase it on the website but you can't purchase it yet in the itch client. Hopefully, it is just a network glitch.

Looks like it is working now. I logged in using my personal account (using it now) and then logged back in using my studio account Wahler Digital and the the "Launch" button appeared. I guess it was just my setup. Thanks for the help.

Showing up in new releases and having a purchasable page are different things. If you game wasn't purchasable then did you forget to provide payment details or publish it? If you have a paid game that can't be bought then the game will not be listed in the store (since it would be unavailable). It looks like your page is in working order now so I'm assuming you figured it out.
