I’ve sent multiple requests to refund a preorder for a game and haven’t gotten a reply in a week. I would like a refund as soon as possible as I could use that money.

i think this is the ticket number youre referring too (101232) but i sent multiple because im pretty desperate to get my money back lol 😭
