Payout stuck at "paying" status for 100 days

Hi,

I've initiated a payout (ID 59003) and it's been 100 days since it's just stuck at "paying" and the payment isn't being received.

The first time I initiated a payment, it took a few days and was processed easily, but this time it's been over 3 months and yet nothing has happened. Is there something I'm missing or did wrong while initiating the payment, or is there a reason as to why it might be stuck?

100 days is quite long, there’s a chance something got stuck somewhere. I’ve let an admin know in case it helps clarify the situation.
