I've been waiting over a month for my payout request to be "reviewed by a human", and support won't answer my emails.I was wondering what experience you guys are having? I started using this platform in December after using Patreon successfully for many years because some patrons requested I make my content available here. I am having serious doubts about investing any more time here though if this is the typical experience. Let me know
Is it your first payout? I'm not sure--but I believe there's usually a longer waiting period for first time payments just while they run extra checks to be safe. Though, that said, a month does sound excessive based on my own experience. It's typically been a couple of weeks for me at max most times outside of very rare circumstances.
And just to be sure, are you emailing with the same email that's tied to your itch.io account? As they make a point of making sure they match up before responding to any emails about account stuff. Hopefully you're able to get things resolved!
Our average payout time is listed on the payouts page, typically 7 to 14 days, but if there are reasons why we need to review your payout further then it may make more time. We do not allow discussion of account specific restrictions, limitations, or reviews on the board here.
