Not sure what else to write or if this is a general problem, just thought I mention it. Hope it does not go against the "individual game" rule, but I consider it an issue related to the bundle.

Sounds like a problem with the game, yes. Did you ask the creators? If they don't answer, you can report the game.

I'm having the same issue

The developers are responsible for providing the files for their pages. If there’s a comments section on their page then you can try leaving your request there. Otherwise you can contact support and they can forward an email to them.

I made no further requests, but the game is now available for download through the app page.
