You're probably thinking Release Announcements, but yes, of course. You can post if you follow the rules. And your game page is public, so people will be able to see it, download the game, and leave comments.
To be absolutely clear, you should NOT post your own game in Recommend a Game, which is for recommending games you did NOT write. If you want to post your own game, use Release Announcements instead.
Read the rules if you are unsure about if you can create a topic. That category explicitly states that you should not create a in “Recommend a game” if you are the creator or associated with the creator in any way.
I see that you are now using an alternate account to promote your game by leaving comments posing as someone else. This is considered fraudulent activity. This is your last warning, you will be banned. Please remove the comments from your alt account.
