Hello :)  started making the game today. This is what I got for now.

Got a Playable Character, basic level layout and pointy arrows to show the possible directions the player can go :)

(Also epic screen fade haha)

Very nice start ! What's the concept ?

Thanks! I want to make a game where the player has to make quick decisions, so when you enter a room an enemy or item will be found, if the player wants to suceed the player has to do quicktime events like, press (any random) button, mash (any random button), time button presses and more maybe, then the player can continue and grow.

I got the Room Layouts working and the arrows represent the correct directions!

For now the room layouts are completly random when you go a direction. Rooms are not connected yet completly.

Its fun to play arround in that small resolution :)

Got the rooms now connected and the arrows dont point backwards, there is only forwards for the player :)

Also made the Player correctly enter and leave the rooms.

Made some adjustments, entering a room will hide the exits, only if the rooms was successfully beaten the next exits are shown.

Added the first enemy and a heart ui showing the players hearts.

First minigame will be a mash a button minigame, mash a certain button before the time runs out and you win :)

If not, the player looses a heart!

Made some ground pixelart :) Also finished the first minigame to be playable, a random key from a-z gets assigned that he player has to mash!

Next things to do: Make the next minigame and walls pixelart :) (also a cool player character)

This looks so fun! Love the idea for quick decision mini-games! Excited to play it!
