My game just disappeared without any reason

Hi,

so I've set up this page about 2 days ago and it was working fine until last night when it isnt accessible anymore (only I  can still access it tho): https://cheese-cheddar.itch.io/doodle-rocket. I've set the Visibility to public, but still no one other than myself can view the page. 

I would appreciate it if you guys can help me out with this issue.

P.S: I'm pretty new to itch.io and forums in general, so sorry about my clumsiness earlier.

I did that 6hrs ago actually, but no reply since then. That's why I decided to post a topic here again :'))

Support can't possibly answer in 6 hours, doubly so as it was night in California.

It's been 3 days now and they still haven't responded to me.

The jam results are out and because my game was down for no reason, it wasn't on the list. When the problem's been resolved and my game's back online, will it appear on the jam's result list or that list's fixed? I'm just desperate about the fact that I've put so much effort into this jam and not being able to see my result.

I don’t see any support tickets on your account, are you sure you used the correct email?

In any case, your page should be available again.
