Will Itch.io check my game when it is published or when I add files to my game?

Hello my friends.

I have a questions. I published my game a few weeks back. There where only no files added to the game that time. Today (18/05/2018) I was finished with the game and added some downloadable files. So here is my quesion. Will you (Itch.io) check my game when it is published or when I add files to my game? Because I cannot find my game in the search browser. (I know that it takes some time, but i was curious). Here is the link to my Storepage: https://holdongames.itch.io/buildtosurvive.

Ok, never mind all I needed to do was make the project draft and then public. So I think it was already checked by itch.io.

Are you saying you made your game Public -> Draft -> back to Public and then it appeared in search? That sounds like a bug, the page should be available once you make it public. We don't do anything with updates to pages (other than promote them if they look interesting)

So I made my game public without files that means it will not show up. (If I am right)
And yes I think it is a bug becuase i cannot find my game in the recently added.

Here is a video where I explain what happened.

If you have anymore questions just ask me.

Thanks for the video. The recently adding games list sorts using the publish date, you can see this date in the "More information" details panel on your game's page. The publish date gets set as soon as you publish the game (unless you unpublish it again shortly afterwards). The publish date is not aware of whether or not there are files available.

Thanks for the reply. After I scrolled 15 minutes down I found it. Thats verry dumb of me. But thanks for the help.
