I've been playing on the Steam Deck for a while, however the newest version B.0.7.1.6 crashes on loading, B.0.7.1.5 was fine. I know it is an issue with wine, but I'm not familiar enough with RPGMaker to be able to find the real issue.

i dont have steam deck. and just tested in following way with holoiso(fake deck)
find another trash rpg maker ace game in ur lib. install it. replace all files with lonarpg. run it > works
install rpg maker ace. and run it. load lonarpg project. run it under rpg maker ace. > works
pacman -S wine > execute game.exe > works
1. Go to desktop mode
2. Open Steam and go to Games -> Add Non-Steam Game to library
3. Browse to the game folder and pick Game.exe
4. Go to the entry in steam and to properties
5. On the compatibility tab check the "force the use of a specific steam play comparability tool" box
After that you can launch it from game mode and it works well. Can also setup banners and images to make it look like a normal steam game
