I tried two paths to save my project.

Path 1 : E:\TTS\立绘及ExVoice\1.pixelover      (fail)

Path 2 : E:\TTS\1.pixelover               (success)

It's an issue with native file dialog, for the moment you can uncheck native file dialog in settings/interface/dialog

Now fixed in 0.12.2
