It seems like the development of the game has stopped, popularity goes down and it's December.... is the game dead?

Yes, unfortunately, development is quite dead at the moment. I really want to release 0.3 at some point though.
Take your time and make sure you limit the amount of features, too many will result in a loss of motivation & far longer development time, thus resulting in an eventual death of the game, abandoned by both the developer and the players.

Hi when do you think 0.3 will come out on the roadmap on the wiki it said it will come out march 2022 but its December and nothing new came out
