Hmmm… all right. So I ended up going through the whole thing again. Wanted to double check this mostly.

I’m not sure why but I don’t remember ever getting the initial collar quest. Don’t have a convenient save I can check, unfortunately, it could just as well be I missed it somehow.

In the new run, it seems I finished her questline. I played through all the way to the “second dinner scene”. Nothing is showing on my quest log and after playing some more, even saving and fast forwarding a bunch, seems no event has triggered any more.

I’m happy I went back to check, this turned out interesting. With that in mind, there seem to be a few issues which I’m leaving here, in case they’re not known (though I assume they all are).

As mentioned, I THINK I reached the end of that questline but given how that flows I cannot be 100% sure. Though the last scene felt somewhat final, the sporadic nature of how her events trickle in leaves a tiny margin for doubt

Throughout the questline there is a strong implication that Cali’s Sex encounters are blocked. The MC muses how they don’t want to just force her, etc… But you can have those normally, it seems. I know for sure that, at the very least, Cali invited me to a sexual follow-up after a regular date. The text in the questline implies this is unintended

Cali has a “scene replay” menu in her dialogue in the mansion. You can request her to “serve me”, much as with Daisy. The text in this menu seems to imply it is intended to be unlocked following completion of her bad route. It is always available though. Even if you get her as a Peon, same “her training finally paid off, she’s obedient now” etc. Even after reaching what seems to be the end of her questline, there are no items in this menu

Her slave route ending seems to imply she would get Natural Pet at the end of it, like Daisy gets Toy as a bonus class if you provide her training. This doesn’t happen though.
