I set up a Jam I am hosting and made it 'public' and it has not been posted in the public Jam list

However it has not shown up on the Jam page. Is there a similar waiting period for Jams as with the first game upload?

Is there something I did wrong? That I need to change?

Yes, jams have to be seen by staff before they show up on the calendar, as explained in many, many forum topics, and it was the weekend. Please wait.

Thank you!

Hello. My Jam is going to start on 1 Feb 2023. I had hoped it would be approved by now. Should I delay the start? I don't understand what I did wrong.

Moderator(+1)

I don't know, sorry.

Well that makes two of us! :)

Any chance of us checking out why this Jam has not been indexed, or whatever?

Moderator(+2)

I've already notified our admins three days ago.

Thank you so much! I guess now for the hardest part. Patience!

Is there anything I can do to get this Jam indexed?

Moderator

I don't think so. Until it gets on the calendar, please promote it through other means.

Any idea why it is not on the Calendar?

Moderator

No, sorry, I never hosted a jam.

Ok. Thank you!

Hello again! It looks like my Jam is not going to be put on the calendar. I will live. :)

But I do wonder what I did wrong?

If I ever decide to do another Jam, unlikely, I would like to know what to do and what not to do. I followed all the rules that were provided, I think. It would be nice to know what I need to do in the future.

Thank you so much!

Hopefully it will be listed. Although, You have promoted it well...

And I have already sketched stuff for your jam of yours.
