Does anyone else has trouble with payouts? I have processed mine since 20 days ago but it's still in review, I have contacted support but received no replies. I didn't know what I did wrong.
You probably didn't do anything wrong. I've had some payouts that took 2 days to process and some that took 15. I'm not sure why support wouldn't have responded though. To be clear, you did get the [Request received] email from Zendesk, right? You just never got an actual answer? Support usually isn't lightning-fast but I tend to get a response within a few days.
Assuming your tax information is validated and your account is in good standing, then payouts should be processed as normal. We manually review all payouts, so there isn’t a fixed payout schedule. It may sometimes take longer to process a payout due to various factors, including the payments included in the payment.
