Follow Game Jams

It would be really useful if I could follow Jam creators so that I could be aware of 1) When a new Jam starts up and 2) When a new game in a Jam is submitted.

I often miss Jams since the only way to view the upcoming ones is through the live feed, which is a bit large and hard to read for me.

Thank you for listening to my suggestion.

It would also be great if you want to keep an eye on the Jam even of you are not participating, you just want to see want people who joins created.

I just started being a frequent user of itch to buy small retro games and I'd like to see a "follow" for game jams so I can check out the results or read through the discussions as the event progresses.

If jams would have tags, it'd be nice to be able to subscribe to certain tags and get notifications for jams that use them.

They exist but they looks unused. When you are creating jam, you are asked to type the tags but it looks like they are unsed or used only by internal logic of site

One moment there are no "continuous jams". Each jam that repeats several times are separate jams with just similar names and often created by the same people. They aren't linked with any metadata or logic.

So it could be implemented via notifications that tell you that person you subscribed created jam. (I don't if it isn't implemented but while I read this suggestion I think not)

Maybe somewhere internally the "continuous jams" exist but for what reason and how we could know...
