You're the only one reporting this so far so the chances are pretty big that you've either wiped your cache or are using a different browser. Try re-downloading MoR and see if it helps.
Had the same problem yesterday with my computer and browser as well. The browser was updated automatically, and all settings were cleared, including the save games of MoR. It would help to know, where these are stored, so one can back them up, or maybe program the game, so it puts it saves in a directory under %APPDATA%.
Save to File is important for this game (and other Ren'Py games), as there are several things that can wipe the other kind of save. I find 'Save to File' files in the Downloads directory.
