Problem with the "var" variable highlight

After i define a variable by "var",  it would not be hightligh in soon, until wait for a long time, or close the code page and then open it again.

It's it a bug ? or just i mistake some option ?  All key words hightliht for defining variable are work well except this.

It should highlight after you save the file (Ctrl+S). This is the case for most things in GMEdit.

If it does not highglight after that, try figuring out on what occasions this happens

Pressing the "ctrl+s", i had ever  tried doing this, but the problem still existed.

I'm not sure why and how it happens, it looks always happens when i use it on my computer.

And sometimes, the "close and open the code page again"  is not work for updata the "var" highlight, either.

This seems to happen in the object's code page,  but not happen in the script's code page ( because ctrl+s is work for it).

And the way of "Baku" is work for it.(ctrl+s, and then switch the code page).

I've been experiencing this behaviour as well.

What I've been doing to fix it is switch to another tab, switch back, hit CTRL+S again and THEN it highlights the correct colour.

Haven't downloaded the newest version just yet, not sure if it works properly there or not Edit: seeing the same behaviour in newest version

Fixed in new mini-update.

Hey, just wondering, is it really fixed? I still have this problem for some reason.. It affects my speed quite a lot since I use local vars all the time.

I fixed another thing related to this last week but there's no new update for that yet - you'd need to compile from source if you need it sooner
