How Tri-State Buffer work? how i see it just another AND, but if "enable" is false - output wire is black exept dark-red (or other collour).

there are three wire states: high-voltage (red), low-voltage (dark-red), no-voltage (black). normally when an input receives 2 conflicting wires (low-voltage and high-voltage) it will flicker, but if one of the wires is no-voltage it won't conflict with the other, this is incredibly useful for merging signals from multiple chips onto one output.
