How to cleanly uninstall the Game?

I'm having a glitch playing the game as: Germany, East campaign, 2nd scenario (Weserubung). The units that I purchased on turn 1 are movable but the core units aren't. I want to clear the cache and all (other) save files for the game, which I have done by searching manually for 'sav', however this level still loads.  'Next Turn' is not working at all, it seems like I will have to uninstall the game and lose all progress from the poland map to start again, but that may not fix the issue.

I could send through the save file for inspection if you like. I'm playing the paid version if that makes any difference.

Update, I found the save files in another location in C drive. Deleted most files, will see how it goes.

Hello!

A clean install will not solve this

If you face any bug in the game, it will happen over and over again because it is a code error (me), not some files randomly getting affected

So, in this case, please just send me your save file with the bug happening as this would help me immensely to fix the said bug

You can do this by sending the save file to my work email: valentinstudio@icloud.com

Cheers
